Applied dry, it’s on the sheerer side Coach Factory Outlet Online, softer in color, and pulls more like a springy yellow-green. When it’s applied wet, it’s much darker and greener. What’s interesting about the difference is that it is almost like having two different colors, because the dry version is only slightly sheer, almost translucent, but much, much lighter. Perhaps the difference is that it’s light and delicately translucent as compared to sheer in a patchy kind of way. I love that when you use it damp, the color continues to look that intense once it dries. The texture is soft, finely-milled, and applies smoothly, but it’s the tiniest bit powdery. When I tested it out, it wore for a full eight hours without any fading or creasing.
